I just installed this motherboard about 5 weeks ago after my old motherboard died. It has worked fine until last night. I shut the computer down normally, then when I went to turn it on this morning I got a single short beep like it's posting, but the monitor is not receiving anything and the single short beep keeps repeating every 20 seconds or so.

The manual doesn't have anything for this in the beep codes. It does say that continuous short beeps mean soemthing is wrong with the power supply. All my drives, lights, fans all go on.

My only guess and what I'm going to try when I get home is first to reseat all the cards and memory, then try swapping out the video card.

Has anyone had a similar experience or suggestion?

Thank you.

I think one beep with no video is a RAM error.

Reset your CMOS and manually enter your memory voltage and timings - hope this helps.

Agreed. Clear CMOS will likely fix that. Don't forget to set the date/time afterwards in BIOS.
