I just built this SFF system with the Gigabyte K8NMF-9 and Antec Aria case. I was going to try to overclock it, but didn't find any settings at all in BIOS. No memory tweaks, no CPU settings, nothing.

I think I read somwhere before that some brand have hidden settings in bios. Is this the case for Gigabyte? If so, how do I enable the advanced settings in bios?

Ps. This is my first build with a Gigabyte mobo.

Regards,
/Frank

Speedo, I was looking at this board myself. What new options did you get out of that key combo?

grooge: I looked in the manual now, and you were right. I just assumed they didn't mention it there, since they hided the option in the first place.

JeSpre: There were lots of memory tweaks, but unfortunately there were no CPU VCore settings. :( Also I made a quick try to overclock the CPU, and set the FSB to 250. But what ever I set the dividers and multipliers to, I could never get it to load windows at this setting. Oh well, it wasn't that important. I was mostly curious about how far this 3200+ venice would go. May throw it in my A8N-SLI DLX instead to see how it does...

Usually, integrated video and overclocking don't play nice together.. Is that the new nvidia integrated video?

Just did a search for this in the forums and only this thread!! Anyway, how are you finding this motherboard, I am thinking of getting one myself, as it seems to be just a K8NF-9, but in micro ATX format (i.e. only difference is number of pci slots)?

I sent it away to the customer, so I don't know. But I assume it works well since I haven't heard from him...

I would not recomend this board! I picked one up at Fry's along with an X-Qpack and had problems with it rebooting. I was using a proven processor, power supply (600W Seasonic S12), and memory (Corsair XMS 1GB X 2). It also had startup problems, seems like no matter what I did, it was never grounded properly. I went ahead and got the Foxconn 6150 board. I have not installed it yet, but should in the next couple of days.
