Gigabyte h61m 1/3 gfx cards not seen

So, I bought a gigabyte gtx780 to complement my i3 (I know, dont tell me, temporary rig, reasons for doing so goes into debugging a faulty rig with new components im gonna get allready).

This motherboard, Gigabyte h61m, will not see (as in at-all) a (asus)HD4950, (gigabyte)GTX780 but a GTX580 (asus direct cu2) will pop up just fine.

When popping in the cards the 580 does feel like a tighter fit than the others, but still.. Any ideas ?
 
Assuming this is the motherboard in question, I'm actually curious as to how you managed to install the second and third GPU's.

It's a Micro ATX board, with only one PCI-E x16 slot eligible for GPU's. That's likely why you only notice the GTX 580 being a tight fit - it's the only card installed on the adequate slot.
