I will be exchanging my H67A-UD3H for the replacement B3 version within a few weeks.
As part of that work, I am thinking of trying a Scythe PWM case fan to exhaust warm air, replacing a Yate Loon non-PWM.
This is for a non-gaming system that does not run hot, but I do want to run as quietly as possible.
The available headers are "pwr fan" 3 pin and "sys fan" 4 pin.
The fan is from Jab-tech: Scythe KAZE-JYUNI "SLIP STREAM" 120mm PWM Case Fan - SY1225SL12M-PWM, with 4 pins.

I assume it would connect to my "sys fan" header.
However---I have heard that PWM does not always work as advertised, particularly on Gigabyte motherboards. I'm not sure if that means that PWM fans work, but only at constant speed or if they don't spin at all.
Does anyone have personal experience in getting PWM going properly on recent Gigabyte boards? I'd appreciate any details, fans known to work, headers used, etc.
Thanks.
