This is the cheapest I've seen a GTX 670 with the full-sized 680 PCB and this model also includes the highly touted WindForce custom non-ref cooler.
It appears Nvidia has also stepped up their game a bit and not only brought back the Borderlands 2 promotion, but also added the previously GTX 650Ti-exclusive Assassin's Creed III.
In terms of price and performance, the GTX 670 compares favorably with the standard 7970, so it should come down to which game bundle you prefer (AMD currently offers 4-in-1 bundle) along with features, support, drivers etc.
