I got my tax refund back and have been wanting this card for over a month and now Newegg is out of stock. Why does that not surprise me? Just my luck. I hate ordering from anywhere as I've built a few gaming PC's using all parts from Newegg, but I want this card now.

email them up and ask them when will they get them back in stock 🙁 or go to gigabyte website to find some reseller links in USA.

Not impressed with ZipZoomFly so far as I've tried calling them this morning since 8:30AM PST and their IVR still says they are closed. Not exactly great customer service on their part I guess. This is already a turn off from purchasing product from them.
 
I think I am spoiled as well. Newegg is great. However I was able to get through to someone who answered my question and apologized. I proceeded to order me a brand new Gigabyte Geforce 7800GT PCI-Ex card with the SWEET Zalman Cooler HSF for $339.00

I'm a happy camper right now! 🙂
