Tried everything last night to get this running stabily - crashed while loading Win Xp and then once loaded it kept randomly locking or rebooting. I tried changing BIOS settings but again no luck. Finished off by running memtest, which showed an error on the pc2700 Samsung memory fitted. Unfortunately I cannot get new memory until Monday. Could it be the majority of problems with this board are due to flaky memory?
 
I've got the same mobo and have the same brand of memory. I've run bios version f6e and f6 and have had no problems at all. In fact, i've had this mob a month now and it hasnt crashed once. I hope the new mem will solve your problem.....
