Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3 vs GA-Z87X-D3H

I want to build a new PC with 4670K which i intend to overclock with max 1.2V under load, guessing 4.2-4.4GHz.

Will i be able to do it with 4 VRMs (HD3) or should i go to 8 VRMs (X-D3H).

The price difference is 37euro, which isn't that much...i'll have to cut it from somewhere else...

Edit...
The coolers i am considering are Scythe Ninja 3 Rev.B or maybe Mugen 3 Rev.B (due to the size of the first).
What's your opinion on these two?

hmm, if you wanna be sure you should go for 8 VRMs, but there are too many other factors coming in....
