Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H and front panel USB3 header?

I keep getting the popup ballon telling me my device can perform faster if I hook it to a SS USB port? I have a USB3 flash drive plugged in and and USB3 front panel box with a USB3 port that worked fine with my ASUS MB...

I am running F17 BIOS and have the XHCI enabled... Anything I am missing? drivers are installed also...

have you tried using a tool such as crystal mark or AS SSD to bench, checking the speeds?

Enable the XHCI Bootup ROM as well.. I had that disabled and I received that message yesterday.

I have't had that issue with USB3 drives, but I haven't used the front panel USB3 though.

My case doesn't support it. BIOS are set to default mostly.
