Gigabyte ga-z68x-ud3-b3?

Hi guys, saw a combo deal for this and G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) ram on newegg for less than $200 total, this seems fishy for a z68 board combo, is it any good to OC with?

I bought this MB with G.Skills Sniper (2 x 4GB) memory from NewEgg. I am a novice, but it works fine. I have not tried to overclock anything (new to me).
