Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R Rev 1.1 Boot Problems

I am very puzzled by what has seemed to happen to my computer and have no clue what could cause this. I have the MotherBoard of Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R Rev 1.1 and when I try and boot the computer the fans kick in, however the USB ports don't initialize, neither does the Graphics, the acuall graphic cards fan kicks in but monitor says no input. So I was wondering what could cause this. Tried reseting the bios to no luck, I can't really do much as i can't use mouse or keyboard because of usb ports and of course i can't see nothing becuase of graphics not showing up. It only started today, after I had it off all weekend never had this problem before. Any ideas?

Here is Specs i can remember off top of my head if u need them if u need to nkow more let me know.

Just an Update I messed with it some and pretty much gutted the machine... Nothing seemed to work by taking perhipials out, and i plugged my phone into the usb ports while the machine was "running"(fans and stuff were running but nothing was going through to screen, and mouse and keyboard weren't turning on) and it did recieve power from all usb ports on the machine. So not sure what that means other than power is getting to the ports but seems that the motherboard isn't booting up.
