if you're on a budget, have u considered an AMD 780G chipset motherboard? they are very good motherboards with GOOD onboard video that actually plays games at good FPS + u can add in a graphics card for Crossfire if you get the money to

well my plan was to switch platforms, i currently am running a sempron 2800 on an am2nf6g-vsta mobo with 2.5 gigs markvision memory and an 8400 gs.

i wanted to go intel for overclockability the price of the good boards are over 1000 bucks here lol.... the board in question is just under $700 i intend to use an E2160 that's about $600 here... oc that to 3.2 or something with a zerothern nirvana for cooling.

so just asking what's the pro's and cons about it if anyone has one. also there's the ga-ep35-ds3l for $900 is that a better board for the money ?

personally i'd go with the ga-ep35-ds3l just due to the fact it doesn't have onboard video and you don't have to mess with it.
