I'm not sure what happened, but sometime in the past week or so my motherboard started to refuse to overclock at all. I've been running at these settings for over three years now, so it's quite strange. Now, whenever I set the option to manually set the CPU FSB, it will boot the startup sequence of BIOS, start "Memory Testing" (which I've never seen before), quit after maybe 5 seconds or so, then reboot with the option turned off. I tested it with the overclock option set on at the default 266fsb that my E6420 runs at, so the CPU doesn't seem to be the problem. has anyone run into this issue?

EDIT: turns out the printer I had plugged into the USB1.1 port on my keyboard was the source of the error. I turned off legacy USB detect in my motherboard settings and now everything works as normal again. Oh well.
