thanks

Any cold boot issues that I have heard a few discuss recently?

Cold boot issue is start-stop-start again. This seems to happen only when you are overclocking. Similar to the false start on the asus P5B series earlier this year that got fixed with BIOS update. It just adds about 14 seconds to the boot time. Both the IP35 and Gigabyte P35 boards seem to have this. Haven't heard of it yet on the P5K, but it's not detrimental to the performance of the system.
Same here! I had to RMA my ram back because one of my chips would cause my computer to freeze and give a BSOD. Was running 1GB for a while and just decided that since I payed for two chips, I should utilize two chips. The hard part now is waiting for it to ship back while using my system I supposely replaced.Originally posted by: apoppin
