I'm building a system around this motherboard, but I'm not up-to-date with Intel's as I am stuck in the socket 939 area myself.

Questions:

FSB is 1066/1333 on the mobo, so I can't drop an an Core 2 Duo E4500 with FSB800 right?

I'd have to put something with a FSB of 1066 at least ie E6420 or others?

Another question regarding the memory, this mobo specs on the Egg state 1066, can I not put in DDR2 800 (it's cheap)?

I'm trying to build a pretty fast but reasonably inexpensive machine (not for gaming) for my brother. Any suggestions would help. Thanks!

 
No, you can put an 800FSB CPU in... And DDR2-800. This could have been answered by looking at the specs sheet for your motherboard, though... Google is your friend?
