Gigabyte GA-P31-S3G

I'm building a new system pretty soon and was considering this board.
Was originally planning on a DFI P35 board but this has everything I need at ~$40 cheaper.

I'm looking for something inexpensive, but able to overclock an E4400 (free thanks to a good friend).
Hopefully to around 3GHz. (Its running 2.9GHz stock volts in a 650i now, so i know the cpu is capable)

I'm interested in this too. Bought my friend an E2200, he needs a cheap (cheap!) mobo to go with it, preferably one that overclocks well. This board looks like the ticket. Either that, or stump up $30 more for the DS3L.

If you are going cheap then the DS3L fits the bill.
If you are going cheap (cheap!) then the S3G fits the bill.

I haven't used either of these personally but I have uncanny faith in Gigabyte products (especially motherboards).
