Gigabyte GA-MA790GP-UD4H and OCZ?

Hi, I was wondering if someone could clear up a question I have about what ram to get. I have the Gigabyte GA-MA790GP-UD4H mobo and am going to buy ram from ocz. My three questions are how much ram can I put in my system? What should I get (min/recommended) for windows 7 (gaming computer) and what type of ram? I was looking at there Fatality series but didn't know if the mobo supported it. Been years and years since I last bought ram. Thanks for any help!
