from what i can tell, this is the only matx board with a 4x pci express slot that might decent overclocking ability. if no one has used the board, i might have to be the first...

I have been using this board for a couple of weeks now, stable nothing fancy. Haven't tried to overclock, and made my purchase with that in mind. You can change memory timings and FSB/HT speed, but with no voltage options in the F2 BIOS that I am using, you will find only so much headroom. If you can work with a full ATX board, the Gigabyte 690G board has more complete overclocking options and a PCIe 4x slot. Good luck.
