Gigabyte GA-K8NS Pro RAID problem

Hi, I just bought and installed an ATI 9800 Pro 256 meg card. My GA-K8NS Pro Motherboard is setup with two RAID arrays, one using the Nvidia SATA connections, and one using the GigaRAID IDE connections. Up until I installed this video card, they both worked fine - however now that I installed the card, the IDE RAID stopped working.

I am pretty sure that the drives in the IDE RAID haven't failed. On normal bootup, it will go through 3 different RAID detections, and since I installed the video card, it only looks at the Nvidia RAID. However when I hit delete to go into BIOS, it decided to look at all 3 types of RAID, and notices I have an IDE RAID set up. However whenever I try to boot to windows normally, it decides not to look at the IDE RAID.

I am using the F3a beta version of BIOS, however I have the same problem with the F2d version as well. I'm going to try the F2 version and see if that helps too.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The BIOS listed on Gigabyte's website go up only to F2
and only deal with Processor identification issues.

What version of the ITE Raid driver are you using?

I grabbed the most updated one from their site.

It really seems like a BIOS issue to me since it's skipping the detection procedure. I think I'm going to try switching back to my old vid card tonight and see if that improves the situation.
