Gigabyte GA-K8NPRO Constant 1 long beep

This may sound obvious (and excuse me if you have already done it), but make sure all your hardware (graphics, RAM, CPU, etc.) Are seated firmly. Is this a brand new build, or are you trying to update something?
 
Is this the nForce 3 board? Did you try using only 1 stick of RAM? My friend has this board and it only works if there is 1 stick of RAM installed.
