Gigabyte GA-K8N Pro and DDR memory

I have a Gigabyte GA-K8N Pro motherboard with an AMD64 3000+ cpu that I am looking into buying new memory for. My problem is that I'm a bit confused about which memory I should purchase for it.

I found this on pricewatch but I'm not sure if it will work with my motherboard. If anyone would be able to tell me whether it should work or not it would be much apprieated.

Also if anyone knows of a good site that explains what the nomiclature for DDR memory means that would be great. For example what does 128x64 mean as compared to 32Mx8x4.

Thanks,
Bob
