Gigabyte GA-H67MA-UD2H or Biostar TH67XE for Sandy Bridge?

Which one would you guys go with?

Biostar has 7 phase power, Gigabyte has 8. Both support USB 3.0 and SATA 6.0 Gbps. Gigabyte costs about $20 more.

That all depends on do you need PCI slot or not. If not, than take your pick.

I will get GA-H67MA-UD2H, I have no need for PCI/PATA and other legacy stuff that can be found on many h67 motherboards. And Click-BIOS (GUI in UEFI) gives me the creeps I hope that they'll stick with standard BIOS lookalike
