My system temps have been running a bit high so I decided to enable Intel QST on my 965G. After that my system won't boot. I've tried clearing the CMOS, removing the CMOS battery, and removing RAM but none of it has done any good. I took out all of the RAM and got the usual alarm so the it's running through the POST but not completing at some point.

When I first power it on, the Case fan and the Power Supply fan spin up, the power then goes off, and then the system powers *itself* up. When it powers itself on, all of the fans run, the CDROM LED lights up, and then the system just sits there idling like that. No video, no beeps, nothing.

I've submitted a support case to Gigabyte but I'm hoping there is something else I can try before I have to RMA the board. I've never had to deal with Gigabyte support so I don't know what to expect.

Thanks for any input on this as it's been a real head scratcher.

Mine's the say way after I upgraded from Bios F7 to F12. F12 wouldn't allow my OC to beyond 300fsb, while F7 ran stable at 450. After I reverted back to F7 BIOS, I was unable to boot. Same symptoms as you. I think my CPU is dead for some reason. I'll confirm it this weekend.
