Gigabyte GA-8IRXP and onboard RAID

Recently just purchased this board and I use the onboard RAID with Maxtor ATA133 7200 RPM drives RAID 0.

My HD Tach scores are low for this type of setup. I get an average of 36000.

What are everone else's results? Should I just configure the onboard promise for regular ATA133 ports?

I am running the giga 7vrxp in a raid 0 with 2 maxtor ata133 40 gb and I get about 31,000. So your bench does not seem to bad.
