Gigabyte GA-8IEXP & PC2700 RAM?

Can this be run at stock speed (333MHz) or do i have to either underclock (266MHz) or overclock (354Mhz)? Running P1.6A overclocked at 2.1, Crucial 512MB stick, F6 BIOS, and Win98. TIA!!

if your CPU can run @133MHz, you'll have to set the memory ratio to 2.66 to get the RAM to run at its rated speed.

Still displays 354MHz speed on start-up, but runs like a champ. Thanks for the help!
