Hey all... I bought a GA-7ZX a few months ago, and have run it with a Duron 700, and now a Thunderbird 1000. I was wondering if anybody knew about any issues this board might have with power, etc. Already discovered instability and visual distortion when the AGP slot is set at 4X. Backing down to 2X seems to solve that problem. However, under both chips, the system experiences lockups (mostly in 3D games) and occasionally reboots while bringing up the Microsoft Client. I tried RAM that works fine in another machine, but no luck. Also, sometimes when shutting down, it turns itself off, and other times, just hangs at the splash screen. If I've ruled out processor and memory, is the power supply the next place I should start looking? I've heard differing opinions on VIA's 4 in 1 driver download. What do you guys think? Thanks in advance, people!

PS - according to the mobo temp readings, I'm getting 70C with a chrome orb and a 5.25" faceplate fan... Sound high?

Sounds pretty darn high. I was getting 44c max using a Chrome Orb on a MSI K7T Pro2A with a 1000mhz Thunderbird. And the chrome orb isnt the best cooler around by far.
