Gigabyte GA-7VRXP or MSI MS-6380E KT3 Ultra2 ????

I haven't built a rig for some time so I must admit I'm not completely current. This question is for a friend of mine and I'm clueless on what to tell him. He's asking me about my opinion on the Gigabyte GA-7VRXP which is reviewed at Tom's Hardware after I suggested him a MSI MS-6380E KT3 Ultra2 because it was recommended by Matthew Witheiler in this Anandtech guide.

What do you guys think? I know this is somewhat a broad question

Don't know how the MSI board is but will give ya some thoughts on the Gigabyte:

1. DON'T get a 1.0 or 1.1 version, only the 2.0
2. DON'T even think about overclocking

Other than those two, my 2.0 board is solid as a rock, the included features work (good enough for me) and here is a link to more info, good luck on your choice

i just got my gigabyte and it works awsome. Plus it includes a program to overclock from windows just about all you want.
