This is a problem that's stumped me and is driving me crazy. I setup a new system last night with a Gigabyte GA-7DX MB. The power button will turn the PC on, but restarts the PC when pressed again, instead of powering the system down. In Win98SE, Shutdown gets the same Restart results. The system runs fine in all other respects. Help!
