Gigabyte GA-6OXM7E v Asus CUSL2

I have read a bit about the Asus product, but not much on the Gigabyte i815E mobo. Does any one have experience with both these boards and can make a recommendation between them. The Gigabyte appeals as it has onboard Creative PCI 128 sound and graphics. This means I can delay my graphics board purchase until the GTS 2 replacement emerges.
