The prob I've got is that I don't know how to flash my bios or any other mobo's bios. So I've already downloaded the award-flash exe. and the new bios file ( 5vmm.f3 ). When I boot up, my screen indicates that I have the 5vmm f4 installed, Award ver 6.00, isn't going from f4 to f3 a step back with the regard to my bios update.
The reason I need the update is so that I can use the via hardware monitor to check my cpu temp and some other stuff, so my dealer ( rectron ) said I should indtall the f3 bios.
Help would be appreciated
