Gigabyte G1 Z170X boot up issues

Hi, I have a Gigabyte G1 Z170X motherboard. It has the latest BIOS. Recently it takes about 3 minutes to boot up. It turns on and off about 2 or 2 times before the BIOS screen shows up. Do you know what could be the cause of this? I removed my video card but that didn't seem to fix the issue. After it boots into Windows I don't have any problems.

I recently replaced the heat sink. I hope this is not the case but maybe I bent the CPU pins on the motherboard and it's causing the issue. Would this cause the issue? Thanks

David

Here is a picture of the socket:

Nothing wrong with the socket. It's more likely a hard disc boot issue. Is it an PCIe NVMe SSD ? MBR or GPT partition?

Hi, thanks for the help. The issue ended up that that motherboard power 24 pin cable was loose. After I fixed that everything works great again. Thanks again.
