Gigabyte G1 Sniper M5

Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm deciding between this one and the Asus Maximus VI Gene. I'm leaning toward the Gigabyte because of the sound processor and I can get it for 160$ which is significantly less.

I would take the ASROCK z87m OC Formula over either of them, especially if SQ on the on onboard sound is one of the priorities. OC Formula is the best z87 mATX board on the market overall.

I have the Sniper z87...the middle of the pack. Love the audio and is one of the reasons I picked it up!
