hmm...wouldn't go for that one myself. too loud for my liking. i'd say you buy a Thermalright Si-120 and a good fan, you will get same results.
 
actually i don't have much of a choice, it's either gigabyte's 3D Rocket coolers or this one from gigabyte again or just stick to my stock cooler
