Gigabyte EX58-UD3R or spend more for an Asus P6T V2?

Subtotal: $319
Shipping: +$12
Rebates: -$35

TOTAL: $284

2) Asus P6T Deluxe V2 - $288
OCZ Gold 6Gb - $80
Combo Discount: -$35

Subtotal: $388
Shipping: $0
Rebates: -$20
Combo Discount: -$35

TOTAL: $333



So is it worth it to go with the Asus over the Gigabyte? It's about $50 more... but maybe not worth it?

If you can get a Gigabyte UD4 the Extreme UD5 bios will flash to it just my two cents. Or EVGA X58 Vanilla TR I think it is.
