Says it does crossfire, i know its not supposed to but is there an aftermarket driver that can support SLI ?

main slot is 16x second is 8X, right now im on a EVGA GTX 460 1GB OC, can i possibly utilize the second slot with my old BFC 8800 GTS 512 OC

Yeah - p45 boards capable of doing crossfire are generally capable of running SLI. Check it out: http://www.overclock.net/intel-motherboards/596974-i-m-running-9800gtx-sli-gigabyte.html

I have not tried this yet, but am going to borrow a friends GTX460 and try before I buy a second one.
