Gigabyte EP35-DS3L vs. EVGA nForce 650i Ultra

Well, I'm finally stepping into the dual core world with an E6850, and I need a motherboard to go with it. I had pretty much decided on the Gigabyte EP35-DS3L (90 at newegg), but I found This EVGA 650i Ultra board at Buy.com, which I still have a 25 off 75 gco for, so I could pick it up for $32!

Problem is, I've been out of the loop on these boards for a long while, is the 650i ultra a horribly dated chipset? How does it compare to the P35? I was always a fan of the nForce boards in the past. Any help would be appreciated!

edit: I should clarify:

1) I'm going to use the system mainly for gaming.
2) It will be running (hopefully oc'ing) the E6850, an 8800GTS, and 4 gigs of DDR800
3) I don't care about futureproofing -- it seems silly to me when you look at the depreciation of computer parts.

So basically, as long as this motherboard will run these parts effectively I'll be happy.
