Gigabyte DS4 compatible with Thermalright SI 120?

Hello to everyone!
I already have a Thermalright SI 120 heatsink and I'm planning to buy a Gigabyte DS4 mobo.
I'm afraid the impressive heatsinks around the 775 socket on this mobo wouldn't fit with the rather large copper base of the SI 120.
I'd appreciate if anyone can confirm that he has a SI 120 on a DS4(or DQ6, as they are similar in this regard) and that they are compatible.
