Gigabyte DS3R Mainboard temps to hot?

Mine gets that hot, but only because my 8800GTS gets so hot that it heats up the chipset. It used to idle at 38C, but with the 8800GTS it idles at 50-54C
 
I have a 8800 GTX and I overclock the Q6600 to 3.1. I also have 4 gigs of memory, that gets REALLY hot in there. so, yea. I guess, thats ok.
