gigabyte ds3P, a stable mobo?

So, I can actually purchase this board in Denmark, but I am not interested in purchasing it unless all those usb device issues, cold boots and such things have been fixed with this new pro version of the ds3 mobo. I know some people have fixed their usb device issues by disabling usb legacy support in the bios, but quite a few people still have issues with it despite disabling this legacy support option.

Anybody knows whether the ds3p is provides more stability?
