Gigabyte DS3L + Q6600

Does this look like a good choice to go with my DS3L + Q6600? Would I be better off going 4 x 1gb?

4x1 GB isnt much cheaper AFAIK and I also heard that some Mobos have issues with 4 RAM spots taken up. That should be fine.
