Gigabyte DS3 Cold Boot

I used to get cold boots when using the F10 bios. I flashed it to F7 and the cold boot went away.

Today, I flashed it back to F10 and it worked fine. When I went into the bios to try to overclock, it gave me a cold boot again. Using a jumper to clear the CMOS does nothing. When booting, it still shows nothing but black, no beeps, nothing. I heard that you can clear it by removing the battery but how do you remove it? Do you remove only the silver battery or the black thing holding the battery too?
