Gigabyte DS3 and Timings?

Well i think I Figured out my rebooting mobo issue. I got some Corsair XMS2 ram that I have tried in two machine (DS3 and S3) and they both give me the power up reboot cycle. I have yet to play with the timings on these machine, but knowing this GSkill RAM works in the S3, what timing adjustments should I make to the DS3 to get the machine to boot up? Since it doesn't seem to like 1.9v ram

TIA

One other question...

Assuming I can get the DS3 working with the GSkill (assuming I can, since they work on the S3) and then I can get the Corsair RAM to work with different voltage by adjusting timings.......

Should I RMA the Corsair RAM with NewEgg and get something different?
