Gigabyte DS3 and this ram good combo?

I am building a Core 2 Duo system for a friend and will be getting this Gigabyte mobo:

What I am wondering if this OCZ memory will be ok with the mobo and a C2D 6420:

Also will be getting this video card as well:

Does everyone think this will be a good solid combo? No overclocking at all.
