Gigabyte DS3 and E6600 OC Help

I have a E6600 with a Scythe Ninja DDR2800 OCZ Ram on a Gigabyte 965-DS3 Rev. 2.0 motherboard and when I set the FSB to 400 I get weird issues with graphics, when running 3dmark 2006 my fps goes down to the teens. If I run everything stock I get a score above 8900.

Oh I have a 8800GTS video card. I am a complete noob when it comes to overclocking intel parts, been an AMD man since the PIII 500 was out Thanks for your help...
