I just installed a P35-DS3R today, and was browsing the Gigabyte site for updates and noticed that Gigabyte offers this utility now that kind of works like Windows Update. I did a search and noticed nobody has mentioned this great feature yet.
For some reason it keeps on displaying the Realtek HD AUDIO Driver, but I went to the Realtek website and downloaded their latest version. I noticed some cracking in my headphones and installed the latest Realtek audio driver and it corrected the issue.

It also displays the "INF Update Utility" but I already installed this from the motherboard CD and it's the same version.
So anyways, if you have a Gigabyte motherboard click on the link at the top of this post and check for newer drivers....maybe it will help you correct any issues.
