Here is a DIY Kit from Gigabyte for an all-in-one PC you can build yourself. This is really kind of neat. It is a Youtube Video.

I found this kind of interesting but I did not see a model or price on the actual screen/case.

Even having FIOS 75/35, that video auto-changed to 240P, and then buffered every 10 seconds for like 2-3 seconds. Either that's a popular video, or FIOS/YouTube is throttling.

Well I tested this video. I am using an intel Integrated 775 motherboard and an E7200 processor over DSL 3rd level and I could watch it with no interruptions. I am also using Vista 32 bit. Maybe the problem is on your end.
