Interesting, should be "good for business" that you can OC the 3200G on a low-cost (presumably?) board.
Maybe AMD had a stock-pile of B350 chipsets somewhere, and no B350 boards currently in mfg to use them, so they were selling them to vendors still making A320 boards. Much like EVGA's much-vaunted "KO" GPUs, like their GTX 1650 KO Ultra, which is using a better GPU die than the TU-117 that standard GTX 1650 cards are made with, but cut-down to same/similar specs. GamersNexus / Steve did a video about those GPUs, they seem to possess additional abilities for certain applications, like Blender rendering.
