Gigabyte 965P S3 and G.Skill Ram

Friend of mine said he has read that this Gskill Ram isnt compatible with this S3 motherboard.

Is there any truth to this. A quick search of Google found no solid results and the search on this forum is so screwy I wasn't able to find the appropriate threads if one exists.

Got a machine at work running 2 sticks.....No probs. My DS3 and Corsair XMS2, now thats a problem.

That's funny, I have Corsair XMS2 ram that I used in both the S3 that recently died on me and the DS3 that I recently bought to replace it.

The only problems I've had with it is in the DS3 (F4 bios), which won't let me manually set the timing without instability.
