Gigabyte 965P-DS3 volt problem

I have run stress tests on my system and checked all cables mulitple times yet in the bios it says that 3.3v has failed and the others are ok, under pc health. I have a Enermax Liberty 620w. I am hoping its just some random bugg thing since everything seems to be going good. Anyone know what would cause this?
