I have accidentially bought a wrong motherboad, 945PL-S3 for my new system using E4300. My inital plan is to buy a 945P-S3 which should have better FSB support, but well... it was my fault.
Anyway, I have still installed the board and did some test. I can overclock the E4300 @ 2433MHz (270 * 9) with the following voltage settings
FSB Voltage +0.3 !!!
PCI-E +0.1
CPU/Mem normal
SuperPI result is
1M : 24s
2M: 56s
I am sure my CPU can go much further as the CPU Temp is only 20C most of the time. so my advice, don't buy this one!
(even the 945G-DS3 can overclock much better according to some review)

Corsiar 512*2 (4-4-4-12)
Galazy 7600GS DDR3
Gigabyte 945PL-S3 rev 1 (Bios F2)
